Next day was Marconi
beach on the Cape
Code National Sea Shore (in the general area of the Salt Pond Visitor
Center on the linked map) - Water temperature, a balmy 60 with lots of
'mung' (a very fine moss like sea weed) - kinda yucky but that didn't keep
us out of the water (but 3 rounds through the washing machine didn't get
it all out of the bathing suits) |

Fishing on the Naviator (60 ft group fishing
boat). We all (Pat, Connor, Uncle Mike and Jordyn) caught one fish
(not really worth $120 for 4 of us). Fishing was slow for everyone
on board. Near the end of the trip they chummed the water and several
small sharks were caught - including a pregnant one (see pictures below) |
